Filling mold: Flat products are in principle the size of the product and the hardness of the silicone used in direct proportion. If small products: within 30 cm, or very fine pattern products can use soft silicone hardness to open the mold, hardness is generally 15-20 degrees, so it will be good to release, will not destroy the grain of fine products. If the product: such as 50 cm or so of the product can recommend 25-30 degrees of silicone to open the mold. If large products: 1 meter or so of the product recommended 35-40 degrees, so that the mold will not be deformed.

Brush mold: If you do three-dimensional products with fine patterns or complex patterns, you can use about 30 degrees of silicone to open the mold (the method is to brush a layer of silicone on a layer of glass fiber cloth, then brush a layer of silicone on a layer of glass fiber cloth, and repeatedly increase the tear resistance of the mold). The outside can be made of plaster or fiberglass to protect the product from deformation.
