Method 1: High voltage and high current density impact method. Then after full cleaning can dye more satisfactory oxide film, white spots basically disappear.


The above method is slightly insufficient if the hand plate has a screw hole, it may be slightly expanded, so it is necessary to control the high current density, high voltage anodizing time, and prevent the temperature of the anodizing solution from rising too quickly. During continuous production, the anodizing solution should be cooled.

Because the polished aluminum finish sometimes can not play a real filling, bridge role, some parts of the filling will be corroded in the process of alkali corrosion and anodic oxidation and fall off.
