The problems of CNC machining need attention

(1) When the workpiece is too high, the knife of different lengths should be used to open thick, and then remove the remainder with a knife.

(2) The flat-bottom knife should be used when machining the plane, which can effectively reduce the processing time; If there is an incline and it is an integer, work with an incline knife.

(3) materials with high hardness should choose inverse milling processing; The material hardness is low should choose down milling processing; The finishing adopts the inverse milling machining, and the finishing adopts the downward milling machining.

(4) Good tool toughness, low hardness, suitable for rough machining; Tool toughness is poor, high hardness, suitable for finishing.
