Why spray oil when making hand model?

Generally in our industry, you can see a lot of hand models have the effect of oil injection, oil injection can not only make the product beautiful, usually CNC processing out of the hand model, after oil injection treatment, the effect can be comparable to the finished product.

Hand plate model

The hand plate model needs to be polished before spraying oil. When polishing, it is necessary to consider the smoothness of the hand plate, whether the clear Angle is in place, and no obvious exposure of the adhesive marks. The pantone number is generally required for coloring, which is also known as the Pantone number, which is universal all over the world. Generally, if it is a professional hand plate model manufacturer, they need to have such a Pantone color card comparison table, so that customers need to provide the corresponding Pantone color number if they have relevant fuel injection needs.

However, it is very difficult to color some materials, such as POM (commonly known as Sai Steel), PP material, it is not good, after the color is not very strong, a rub off. So basically the steel material or PP material of the hand board are not colored, through CNC processing, only need to polish the natural color.

If it is to do the appearance of the hand model, the appearance of the product requirements are relatively high, but because the processing of the material will be only one color, if you need colorful effect, you must use the late injection to achieve.
