Make wear resistance hand plate model, can choose POM or PA. These two kinds of materials need to be processed as a whole.

Make high toughness hand plate model, can choose PA or PP. These two kinds of materials are processed as a whole.

Make high temperature resistant hand plate model, optional material epoxy resin; Bakelite; Black PC; PA(nylon) and other four materials made hand plate in addition to the black PC can be bonded, other need to be processed as a whole.

Making conventional hand plate model, the most used is ABS material, this material is easy to make hand plate processing, hand plate after processing is also more beautiful.

The surface treatment of plastic hand plate model is generally divided into oil injection, electroplating, scrub, screen printing and other post-treatment effects.
